During the use of the dry laminating machine, the amount of glue applied is increased, the amount of glue applied is too small, or some of the surface of the substrate is not coated with an adhesive, which may cause the two substrates to be difficult to fit during compounding. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the adhesion of the composite film. When the coated substrate is dried under too high a temperature or subjected to high temperature cooking, the surface layer of the adhesive is carbonized, thereby deteriorating the adhesive ability of the adhesive. When the drying temperature is too low, the adhesive is not cured completely, the adhesive has poor adhesion, and the composite is not strong. After a period of time, bubbles are easily formed in the composite film to destroy the composite quality of the product. 1. We can choose an anilox roller with a deeper cellet, or increase the amount of glue applied to the surface of the substrate by increasing the pressure of the rubber roller and reducing the contact pressure between the blade and the anilox roller. For some plastic film substrates, corona treatment can be carried out before coating to make the surface pilling HP, thereby improving the ability of the substrate to adsorb the adhesive and increasing the amount of glue on the surface.

2, the selection of suitable drying temperature is too high or too low, will affect the adhesion of the composite film. 3. Appropriate increase of composite pressure If the composite pressure is too large or the pressure at both ends of the composite roll is uneven, the surface of the composite film will be wrinkled, and an empty tunnel will be formed at the fold after the composite, which will affect the bond fastness of the finished product. Appropriate increase of composite pressure is beneficial to improve the composite bonding force. In addition, in order to improve the bonding effect of the composite film and the quality of the dairy package, it is necessary to prevent foreign matter, dust and other impurities from adhering to the adhesive or the composite surface of the substrate.

At the end of the operation, we must carefully observe the various problems and failures that occur during the production process of the composite machine, and use the above methods to troubleshoot. When there are multiple problems or failures, it may not be possible to take a single approach. In this case, we should re-package the machinery, focus on solving the key problems, and then use other methods to solve the secondary problems one by one.
